The inscription in the middle reads: "LISZT FERENC / Liszt Ferenc első nyilvános föllépésének fél százados emléke. / Erinnerung an das 50 jährige Jubilaeum des Franz Liszt." At the bottom the designation of the owner of the printing house and the publisher: "Nyomda és kiadó tulajdonos Halász István Pesten, Nagy kereszt utcza 3. sz. / az utánnyomat fentartatik". In the middle Liszts portrait in right profile can be seen. Around it various scenes in ovale frames, each provided with a title. On top, on the left: "Liszt első hangversenye Bécsben Beethoven által megölelve." [Liszts first concert in Vienna – embraced by Beethoven.] At the bottom, on the left: "Liszt szül. helye Reidingban Sopr. vármegyében." [Liszt’s place of birth in Reiding, Sopron County] Above, on the right: "Liszt Ferencz utolsó hangversenye a redoutében." [Franz Liszt’s last concert in the redouté]. Below, on the right: "Üdv. Liszt Ferencünknek!" [Hail to our Franz Liszt]
