Study for the 1846 litograph and the 1847 painting, respectively. At the top, on the right: "Zongora Studium / Liszt Ferencz / képéhez" [Piano study to the picture of Ferenc Liszt]. On different parts of the piano, there are numbers from 2 to 8. Under the picture, on the right side, written by another hand: "Barabás Miklós / eredeti tanulmánya" [An original study by Miklós Barabás].
