The picture is without signature. On the left side: portrait of the old Liszt in a round frame. He is turning a little to the right. On the left side: the street front of the Hofgärtnerei, Liszts Weimar home. On the reverse: "PRIVATE MAILING CARD. Authorised by Act of Congress of May 19th, 1898." Adressed by handwriting: "Miss Margot Edelmann [...] Berlin", stamp of date: 23.9.1899. On the picture side, there is a handwritten text, too: " & bitte ich Sie Ihre Verse [?] auf einer anderen Karte doch wiederholen zu wollen!!" Appendix: a foto reproduction of the picture made by Rudolf Otte. It is a photo with typed labels. Its sizes: 8,9x13,8 cm.
