Liszt is sitting at an upright piano. His both hands are on the keyboard. His coat is coming down to the ground. On the music-stand are sheets of scores. Behind Lisz is a column. We can see his face in profile. On the left side: "Nach Originalaufnahme von Franz Hanfstaengl in München" On the right side: "Verlag von Breitkopf & Härtel in Leipzig" Under the picture in the middle: "Franz Liszt". Based on a work by Franz Hanfstaengl.
