Double-sided medal. On the obverse: the young Liszt in left profile. Beside his hair, on the right, perpendicularly printed signature: “BOURET”. At the bottom the facsimile of his signature: “F. Liszt” On the reverse: a singing lark and a staff. Under the staff and above its left end leaves. Circular inscription: “.. il faut qui chaute et quil passe.. / tzigane et franciscian”. Inscription on top: “LISZT”, at the bottom: „1811 MAGYAR 1886”. The rim is smooth, printed: „BRONZE”.
