Double-sided medal. Obverse: in the middle there is a stone pillar with inscriptions and Liszt’s head on it. On both sides parallel, ribbon-like formations with the names of the famous towns of Liszt’s career written in concave and convex letters. Inscribed: “LISZT / 1811-1886”. On the reverse: a piano with the lid open. At the bottom on the right a signature, on the top left-had side a caption in 4 lines: „EM- / LÉKE- / ZETÜL / 1986ban”
