Double-sided medal. On the obverse: portrait of the old Liszt looking to the right. Circular inscription: „Ifj.Ú POLGÁROK LAPJA I DIJA 1936-37” [First Prize of the Young Citizens Paper 1936-37]. Inscribed at the bottom: “LISZT FERENC” On the reverse: laurel branches. On the right inscribed: “1886/1936” and signed. The caption round: „A NAGY MAGYAR ZENEKÖLTŐ HALÁLÁNAK 50 ÉVF.JÁRA” [For the 50th anniversary of the death of the great Hungarian composer]. Rim: uneven.
