Double-sided medal. On the obverse: the old Liszt facing front. Next to him, on the right, the facsimile of his signature. At the bottom a piano keyboard; in the middle at the edge signed. Inscribed: “Liszt” (facsimile of his signature). On the reverse: caption in 8 lines, the first and last three ones being complemented by 5 parallel lines at both ends in agreement with the longest line: “1811 / 175 ÉVE SZÜLETETT / DOBORJÁNBAN / LISZT FERENC / 100 ÉVE NYUGSZIK / A BAYREUTHI / TEMETŐBEN / 1886” [Born in Doborján 175 years ago, Liszt has rested in the cementary of Bayreuth for 100 years]. Rim: smooth.
