Single-sided medal. On the obverse: the old Liszt looking to the right. Signed on the right of his neck and provided with an edge all round. The circular inscription reads: “LISZT FERENC TÁRSASÁG SZEKSZÁRD 1979” [Liszt Society Szekszárd 1979]. Reverse: smooth with the number “18” impressed on it. The rim is smooth.
