Double-sided medal. On the obverse, in the middle: Liszt’s head. He looks middle-aged, strict. Inscribed underneath: “LISZT 1811-1886”. On both sides the names of cities connected with Liszt are enumerated: Doborján, Szekszárd, Kolozsvár, Praha, Amsterdam, Paris, Madrid, London, Weimar, Petrograd, Vienna, Bayreuth, Genéve, Venezia, Bruxelles, Rome, Esztergom, Kiev, Bonn, Pest, Berlin, Leipzig, Warszava. On the reverse: an opened piano. Inscription on top, on the left: „EMLÉKEZETÜL 1986-BAN”.
