Incomplete rosary with only four decades instead of five. Smooth turned wooden beads with a faceted paternoster bead for each decade, on a metal chain. The center (for the introduction) includes a metal crucifix, a brass medal representing the holy Virgin, and a double-faced bone carving with Christs face and a skull.
