A compilation by Carl Riedel from choruses and recitatives of Schützs Passions. On the title-page, and addition to the title in lead pencil: "Historia des Leidens u. Sterbens unseres Herrn Jesu Christi zusammengestellt aus den [vier Passionen]/1665 u. 1666." On the inner endpaper, a remark in lead pencil about the compilation of the music and about the errors of the copy, dated and signed. Dedicated to Liszt: "Herrn Abbé Dr. Liszt."
